Academic OneFile is available through UCP (as part of the Gale FE News, Business and Reference package).
To access follow the link in your subject guide. If this isn't listed in your database list, click on "View more results" at the bottom of the list.
Log in using your UCP login and password. This database is also part of the Gale FE Business News and Reference package -click on Academic OneFile from the Gale product menu.
Use Academic OneFile with Google Scholar. When searching for articles in Google Scholar look for articles which say go.gale.com at the end of the article details (click to see all versions first).
Click on the title link, then click Access from your library. If you are already logged in, this will take you to the article. If not, you will need to choose Inspire Education Group from the list and then log in using your network login.
Some journals in Academic OneFile are only indexed. Therefore, if you find a useful journal article, you could then try and search for the full article in Google Scholar by copying the title into the search box and putting speech marks round it. Alternatively you can search online platforms such as Researchgate (where you can usually request the full text if it isn't available) or you could email the author direct. The article may also be available in another one of the library databases. Please contact your library if you need further support:
